Printer Features

The LaBoutique Basic RibbonDemand printer connects to a computer using a USB cable. It is designed to print on different materials, including satin and polypropylene gift ribbon.

OPLEZIO offers this printer to help you expand your services by providing customised gift packaging for bottles of wine, beer and spirits, as well as local specialities and accessories. You can also use it to print ribbons featuring your own branding, logo and chosen message.

We offer a selection of consumables, including 17 mm-wide satin ribbons and 19 mm-wide matt polypropylene gift ribbons in various colours. The printer uses thermal transfer technology, and several ink ribbon colours are available.

The printing cost per metre is highly competitive, with the additional advantage of producing customised ribbon instantly.

Offer customised ribbons to your customers

To print a customised ribbon, connect the printer to a computer. It is recognised automatically, without the need to install any drivers. You only need to install the free RibbOnDemand software.

This simple and intuitive software allows you to configure options including the width of the ribbon, the number of times the design should be repeated and the printing temperature, which should be adjusted according to whether you are using satin or polypropylene ribbon.

You can then enter your chosen text, select a font and import illustrations or logos. Images can also be rotated if required. Once the design is ready, simply begin printing to transfer the text and images onto the ribbon.

You can create message templates and save them to your computer, helping you save time at the checkout. Offer customers a selection of designs, then personalise their chosen template by adding details such as the gift recipient’s name before printing.

You can also offer this additional service to corporate clients, works councils and associations, preparing their ribbons in advance. Several ribbons can be printed at the same time to save even more time.
