Contest Rules – Oplezio Aperitif Party

CONTEST RULES

“Aperitif Festival - Win €200 with your event”

 

Article 1 – Organizer

The company Oplezio, SAS, with its registered office at

Espace Gabion, 1 ZI Rhône Vallée Nord, 07250 LE POUZIN – France

Is organizing a contest titled:

“Aperitif Festival - Win €200 with your event”

as part of the Aperitif Festival.

The Aperitif Festival is an event organized by La Semaine Festive, with no involvement of the latter in the organization of this contest.

 

Article 2 – Participation conditions

The game is free and requires no purchase.

It is reserved for professionals participating in the Aperitif Festival, who have registered their establishment for the event on La Semaine Festive website.

Participation is open from June 12, 2026 to June 17, 2026 inclusive.

 

Article 3 – How to participate

To participate, professionals must:

1. Organize an Aperitif Festival in their establishment
2. Post a photo of their event on Instagram, LinkedIn or Facebook
3. Tag in their post:
• Oplezio
• La Semaine Festive

Participation may include the use of accessories in the colors of the Aperitif Festival, although this is not mandatory.

Posts must comply with current laws and not infringe on public order or morality.

The same participant can post on several networks and increase their chances of winning.

Posts must be publicly accessible at the time of the draw.

Each post complying with the game conditions constitutes one entry.

Any incomplete or non-compliant entry will not be considered.

 

Article 4 – Winner selection

One winner will be selected by random draw from all compliant entries.

The draw will take place on June 18, 2026.

The winner will be contacted via the social network used for participation or by any other means deemed appropriate by the organizer.

If there is no response within 7 days, a new draw may be conducted.

 

Article 5 – Prize

The winner will receive:

🎁 A voucher worth €200, valid on oplezio.com, in the form of a promotional code to be applied during an order

• usable in a single transaction
• no minimum purchase
• valid for 6 months from its sending date

The voucher is:

• non-exchangeable
• non-refundable
  

 

Article 6 – Personal data

The information collected within the framework of the contest is used solely for the management of the contest.

In accordance with current regulations, participants have the right to access, rectify, and delete their data.

Data is retained for the duration necessary for the management of the contest and deleted upon its conclusion.

Article 7 – Image rights

By participating, participants authorize Oplezio to:

• use
• reproduce
• distribute

the photos published as part of the contest, for communication and promotional purposes, on any medium, without time limitation, without financial compensation.

 

Article 8 – Liability

This contest is not managed or sponsored by Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn.

The organizer cannot be held responsible in case of:

• technical problems
• platform malfunctions
• or unreceived entries

The organizer reserves the right to cancel, modify, or postpone the contest in case of force majeure.

 

Article 9 – Acceptance of the rules

Participation in the contest implies full and complete acceptance of these rules.
