The Elena vacuum pump extracts air from opened bottles using these reusable rubber stoppers. Insert the Elena stopper into the neck of the bottle, then use the pump to remove the air. This preserves the wine from oxidation. Once you wish to reopen the bottle, simply remove the stopper. These stoppers are compatible with all wine bottles.
