To use the Vacuvin vacuum pump, place one of the provided stoppers into the bottle's neck, position the pump over it, and pump until you hear the audible “click” indicating that the optimal vacuum level has been reached. The bottle should then be stored upright. To reopen the bottle, simply press on the stopper's cone to release the vacuum, allowing you to easily remove the stopper.
